Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email info@chubcay.comwith the subject line “Remove my post” and the link to the Instagram post (or your Instagram username).
2. We will remove the post from the website and delete our cached copy of the image within two business days and confirm by reply.
3. To make sure it is not picked up again, delete the post on Instagram, switch it to private, or remove the tag of @chubcayresortandmarina / the #chubcay hashtag. Our system only retrieves public posts that carry the tag or hashtag.

Email info@chubcay.com from the address you used with us and tell us what you would like deleted. We will delete the information from our systems within 30 days unless we are required to keep it (for example for an active membership contract or a legal obligation) and will tell you if that is the case.

This website connects to Meta’s Instagram Graph API only for our own business account. It does not offer “Log in with Facebook” to visitors and holds no Facebook or Instagram login data about you. The only Instagram information we store is the public post data described in our Privacy Policy, which the steps above cover.
