Ownership is not membership
Chub Cay is a private island club. A deeded house or parcel of land does not confer club membership, amenity access, or marina privileges.
Slip ownership: club membership is required for boat slip ownership; a deeded slip does not stand alone without membership.
Non-member owners may use the facilities listed below subject to the annual Non-Member Fee. Full club access requires Legacy Membership.
Non-member fee vs membership
Two different paths: a flat annual Non-Member Fee, or Legacy Membership with dues that scale by lot size, plus regular and special assessments.

Lot size is measured from the deeded parcel. Membership is by application only and is not guaranteed. Owners are subject to the club’s Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R). Regular and special assessments may apply, so total annual cost can be substantially higher than base dues.

Non-member owners have access to a defined set of facilities. Members enjoy all of those — and unlock the full club.
