Customs & Immigration
Chub Cay is a Bahamas port of entry. Non-members may clear customs and immigration daily from 7am to 7pm with proper documentation. A marina Clearing Services Fee applies (see arrival procedures).
Transient vessels
Fuel and Bahamas customs clearance are available daily, 7am to 7pm — subject to arrival procedures (mandatory contact, written permission, and fees).
Important
Access to fuel, customs clearing, and the marina is not walk-up / not automatic. Before entering Chub Cay Marina you must follow the full arrival procedures on our Visit page: mandatory radio and/or email contact, written permission, Unauthorized Fee rules (including emergency access), clearing fees, and what non-members may and may not do on the island.

Non-members and transients may take on diesel and gasoline at the fuel dock during the same hours (7am–7pm), along with water, ice, and frozen bait. Deep-water access for larger vessels. Vessels may not tie up or remain at the fuel dock overnight (7pm–7am).
Beyond customs and fuel, the beaches, clubhouse, dining, and accommodations are reserved for members and their accompanying guests. You may not move freely around the property unescorted.
