Securing your slice of paradise

Lots of lots! Your island home awaits with our newly available home lots running parallel to pristine Queen’s Beach—just a sixty-second walk to the sand! We are breaking ground this month on four stunning demo homes of varying sizes. Purchasers can choose an empty lot to design their own vision, or select a ready-built home to take the hassle completely out of the build.
Marina slips still available: Don’t miss this exclusive developer close-out opportunity! A highly limited supply of premium boat slips is still available for purchase, and securing yours has never been easier. We are now offering fantastic financing options, with rates as low as 5.99% for well-qualified buyers. Act quickly before these final slips are gone!
For more information on both the lots and slips, contact our in-house realtor and Operations Manager, Ilianna Spychalla: ispychalla@chubcay.com
Boat shed waitlist — don’t delay! Arriving by year’s end, our two new boat storage buildings offer units for rent or purchase. Featuring centralized climate control, these sheds perfectly combat the tropical heat and humidity. With extremely hot demand, interested members must join the waitlist ASAP! “Cluck & Collect”

You might have noticed the charming new chicken coop right in front of the ship store. Starting sometime this April, this will be home to several specially bred laying hens. We are thrilled to invite our guests to come and collect fresh eggs entirely for free. Remember, the early bird gets the worm—or, in this case, the egg! Be sure to head over first thing in the morning to grab yours before they run out for the day.
Capturing those special moments

Capture those unforgettable island moments with on-island professional photography. Ana, our scuba diving instructor from our watersports center, Chub Cay Divers, is also a very talented photographer. Beyond stunning underwater shots, she offers personalized photoshoot sessions for any occasion. Special events, family / couples’ beach shoots, fishing boat trips, and also real estate photography. Drone photos and videos also available! Be sure to check out her amazing work on her portfolio page.
We want more!

We have received some fantastic feedback about our bar and food menu options. We know there are still many voices to be heard so we wanted to ask again! For any of you who have not already taken our short survey, please take 2 mins and let us know what you would like to see available at the Clubhouse and also in the Ship Store.
Your experience on the cay is our top priority, and we know that delicious food and drink are at the heart of that experience. Tell us what you would like to see added to our selection, and we will do our best to make it happen.
Important reminder — marina policies

As our fishing season is really picking up speed we must remind our marina users of a few very important rules. This is for the safety of all guests and crew around the marina therefore please take the time to read and understand these simple policies.
The following are strictly prohibited within the marina and on all docks
- Cleaning or gutting fish anywhere in the marina — including on docks, vessels, or dock boxes. Fish must be cleaned before returning to the marina or at the designated air-conditioned fish cleaning station only.
- Discarding anything into the water — including bait, chum, fish scraps, food waste, trash, or any other material.
- Any activity that may attract sharks to the marina area. This includes chumming, discarding cut bait, or feeding fish from the docks.
- No fishing or in-water activities in the marina — this includes kayaks or paddleboards.
Violations of these policies will result in immediate removal from the marina and may result in suspension or revocation of marina access. The safety of our members, guests, and staff depends on everyone’s cooperation. Thank you for your compliance.
