The Fishing Season: Still Going Strong
Despite some windy days throughout March and April, our members have seen fantastic success with billfish and meat fish, alongside some incredible spearfishing catches. Now that May is here, the weather and ocean conditions have been absolutely amazing. We are thrilled to see these beautiful skies and calm seas, and we look forward to many more great days out on the water with you all!
In addition to the consistent fishing success over the past couple of months, we had three excellent tournaments, with two of our members earning first place in the Open and Invitational. Congratulations to Chris Stavola with SEMPRE DURO and also Jeff and Denise McMahan with NO LE HACE (Denise did all the reeling!).

Meet Ernestine, the new, talented soul behind our spa experience! Bringing seven years of expertise from the prestigious Atlantis spa in Nassau, Ernestine is now our dedicated full-time massage therapist. When you book a treatment, you aren't just getting a service — you're receiving her undivided, expert attention in a private, tranquil setting.

Memorial Day weekend buffets
In anticipation of many hungry guests, Charles our Executive Chef has been busy crafting a scrumptious set of buffet menus for Memorial Day weekend. Be sure to reserve your table ahead of time with the front desk.
May 22nd – 24th
- Friday BBQ Buffet Dinner 6 – 9pm
- Saturday Mexican Buffet Dinner 6 – 9pm (Saturday breakfast / lunch — normal service)
- Sunday Breakfast Buffet 7 – 11am (Sunday lunch — normal service)
- Sunday Dinner — Prix Fixe Menu 6 – 9pm

Located adjacent to the store, Chub Cay Divers is our watersports and boat tour hub, serving guests of the resort exclusively. The Bubble Button!
Exciting times on Chub, as our new “Bubble Button” has been installed by the hot tub! Due to the inconvenience of having to ask the front desk to turn on the bubble jets, our staff laid 400 ft of cables and installed this button so you can turn them on without needing to dry off and put on clothes!
From small things like this to bigger things, we always strive to respond to your feedback, so please don't be shy if you have a suggestion or a change you'd like to see. You can add any suggestion of any kind to our food and beverage request form.
